This is my third purchase of this dash cam. For the price it is terrific. I live in super hot Florida and it is impossible for many dash cams to survive. This product lasts longer than the rest.

Real review****This is a 5 star product don’t listen to all those other reviews I don’t know how you can not understand how to use it but it’s simple and easy. This is now my 4th nexar camera I have them on my jeep and Honda and car in El Salvador and the other my father in law by far the best camera !!!!!Want a camera that starts to record once you begin driving this is the one !!!!!5 star product tracks your driving on app miles etc I wish they can put mph on there but anyways this is 5 stars I don’t care what anyone else says never ever I had issue with appPassword any info to hookup on your phone is on camera on bottom I don’t read instructions I just wired it and then hooked up camera and then download app plug camera in and will begin to connect make sure you have Bluetooth on and wifi as it hooks up directly to your phone so meaning every time you go drive it will automatically begin recording and saving to your phone

Absolutely Horrible – Wasted 4 Hours of My Life!This is hands down one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. I spent FOUR HOURS trying to set up this dash cam and got nowhere. The instructions are useless, the app barely functions, and to make matters worse, the customer service was beyond unprofessional. When I finally reached someone, it literally sounded like they were in the bathroom while talking to me – not kidding. Then she hung up on me after texting me random instructions that didn’t help at all.I’ve never felt so frustrated over a product. I bought this thinking it would give me peace of mind on the road, and instead it gave me a massive headache, wasted my evening, and completely ruined my mood. It even caused tension with my girlfriend who had to deal with me trying to fix this garbage product all night. If I could give it zero stars, I would.Don’t waste your money or your time. This thing isn’t worth the box it came in. I would rate it 0 stars if i could.!!!

I’m pretty happy with the quality of the video, and the setup was pretty straightforward. My only complaint is that I can’t seem to find footage of the inside of the car, but I’m willing to give benefit of the doubt and say that could be user error.

This is my second Scosche camera, since I already have the app for the other and 4 other Nexar Beam cameras, setup was a breeze. The app recognized the camera when I asked to add a new device. The app also swaps between the cameras when I get into the other cars. I like the system because it records to the cloud and to your phone, you do not need to pull the sd card to review the video. It also has a parking mode, hard brake notices. Good camera for the price, clear video both night and day. Wiring was easy, routed it to a usb plug so I didn’t have to see the cord in a 12v accessory plug.

The video quality is ok, I just wish it was clear enough to get plate numbers when needed. It also doesn’t consistently record audio. It does as needed and for the cost I think it’s worth it if you just want something for the time being. I did get a more expensive other one that had a rear camera and it ended up getting returned because it was OVER complicated and this was a LOT easier to navigate and manage.

It is so simple, Great resolution and easy to get videos whenever you want. The best!!!

I shopped literally for 2 years before I bought to test one. This Dash Cam has everything I was looking for and more.High quality video and audio day or night front and interior.Recording saved to Dash Cam and by the Cam's WIFI to my phone's app while driving.When connected to WIFI at home the app recordings are uploaded to free cloud storage.Records a nice wide angle.Customer service is responsible, respectful and professional. They answered ALL of my questions in a timely manner and checked back several times afterwards to see if everything was OK.Suction cup mounts stays mounted to my windshield under my car's rear view mirror. I wet the suction cup slightly first and it has never fallen off.I tested this over and over and decided to keep this model and will buy one for my wife's car.I am recommending this to family and friends.
