Although I get a slight stomachache when I'm not hydrated enough taking the product I learned to mitigate this. DRINK WATER and it does it's job. Substantially less lubricant is needed during those long 'sessions'... yes, please!

Ok, I am using this with okra pills both in the rising when I get up. I can't say how it works alone but I noticed when I bought a different brand before that the slipperiness lasted a few hours and I wanted an all day everyday slippery so I combined this with the okra pills and I stay slippery. Ladies ...this is the macaroni in the pot stirring sound you're looking for😉. Ease of use, No Taste, Effectiveness I needed naturally.
