Fantastic
The QB2 is not cheap, but if sound quality is important to you, then this won’t be an issue. For a box that’s 20x20cm (it’s about 21cm tall with the base), the sound is incredible. I have mine in the bedroom and it’s more than enough to fill the room. The sound is crystal clear not missing highs or lows. I have a Naim Uniti Star (coupled with a pair of KEF R3 Meta speakers and a REL T7/x sub) in my living room, and it compliments this superbly. The Naim app (i use iOS but also available on Android) can be a little flaky at times. However, in my bedroom, I use the Bluetooth connection as often as I use the Naim app (which allows me to plays CDs I have ripped and stored on USB device attached to the Star)

tis magical
I am not a Techi I just like to have state of the art speakers. I dont like to have too much stuff around my home speakers and such, so I went for a speaker to go into a corner and project sound out into the room. I went for a name NAIM sound people. I have seen their product for a number of years, but not been able to afford the high quality that Naim produces. I saved up and have the Naim Mu-so QB 2nd generation speakernow. It sounds special, and though my hearing is not that brilliant, the lyrics are clear to me and the instruments can be discerned clearly, all as never before in my home. The volume is huge, with not too much base for me. Cool! Save up!

A wonderful Hi-Fi sound on such a small footprint
The Naim Mu-so Qb is a joy. For a small unit the sound is excellent. This is not the boomy thin sound of a Bluetooth speaker but is proper Hi-Fi sound, albeit on a small scale. I use Apple AirPlay to send any music or radio from my phone to the unit. Plus the unit itself has its own access to radio and Spotify etc. The app is a dream to use and integrates perfectly. I love the 5 presets so you can easily find your 5 favourite radio stations and set alarms up for morning. The sleep function is great for night time too, shutting off after a pre-determined number of minutes. It fits on my bedside table and looks so smart too, with its olive green speaker grille (an accessory). My one complaint would be the initial set up. The app is not great at the set up and a little unintuitive. A tip: once the app finds the unit it will want to update the firmware. You must let it do this otherwise it gets confused. And you must be patient and wait 15 minutes whilst it does this, it definitely has not frozen. After that you have to pretend to the app that you’re setting a new unit up again else it gets confused again. It’s worth the hassle of the set up though as once done this baby Naim is an extraordinary piece of kit in the smallest of boxes.

Its not quite as good as the HI FI review magazines would have you believe
The mid and treble is constricted and boxy on anything other than well recorded rock, folk and similar genres in high definition sound. Not great for classical music, speech or radio. If only Naim would lose its arrogance and offer people the opportunity select their own preferred sound balance to suit their individual tastes and their preferred music for informal devices such as this. Having said this, compared to the equivelent B&O devices, it represents better value for money, but only if you can live with this issue. I struggle.

No instruction for set up
It may be great. But an hour later still trying to figure out how to get it connected to my iPhone or iPad so I can use it. No instructions so if you frustrated easily not recommended

Superb!
This beautiful box of music magic has got to be the best stand alone Bluetooth speaker you can get! I have it with the Peacock blue grille and it looks fabulous floating on its illuminated glass base. The sound is even better! I listened to it for the first time with a friend who is an audio technician and we were both amazed by it. We listened to “Tubular bells” and we were hearing things neither of us has heard before with our mouths open in amazement! No wonder it weighs a lot, it has great build quality and really cleverly designed speakers under the grille that deliver clean, rich sounds from bass to the high notes. It has plenty of power if you want it, it’s easy to set up and is perfect for streaming Spotify which is what I use it for. Don’t mess about .... buy one and enjoy.

Naim that tune
First things first I'm a audiophile while my Cyrus mono signature amp's being sent for a repair and service I have set this naim muso qb 2 in my main listing area. And this is a very good quality sound for what it is think budget separate system and that the quality of this little marvel. This is a high end radio basically that is the best way i can describe this the connection is wi-fi to naim unity core and the quality play back is seriously stunning. Setup is Via the naim app I use android and found setup Via the app very simple. With the app you can select internet radio, server, digital ect. I have a toslink connection between TV and the muso qb 2 and again the sound quality is very good. Main listing system is naim NDX2 psdr, naim unity core, Cyrus XR pre, Cyrus XR ps, Cyrus mono x300 signature Fyne Audio F1-8 speakers. So when main system get sorted the naim muso qb 2 will be placed in the kitchen. I'm very fussy about hi-fi I was never sold on the Sonos neither the original muso but the muso 2nd edition has griped me not only with the sound quality but the whole package very versatile practical and the build quality is very top notch as well. I have no regrets in purchasing this and for the price might seem steep but it really really is a case of what you pay for here and actually it's seems like a bargain.

Pure quality
If you have the budget to buy the Naim QB2 then don't hold back. Amazing clarity from a beautifully designed unit. A pleasure to use and top quality build and finish. Replaced my Bose soundtouch 30 and is in a different league completely. Awesome real sound and powerful.
