This newer model comes with 3/8" quick connections assemble to it, Is compatible for 3/8 " (OD) Outer diameter tubing Just push in the tubing firmly into each side and easy as that it locks in place. (How to remove tubing from quick Conn connections ? press and push in firmly thePlastic locking collect that's around the tubing and pull the tubing at the same time and it will release the tubing ) Thank you H2o4u

Q: Do all the parts for the quick connection come with this filter? I have the original nimbus at the moment and no quick connect.

Filter come with 3/8 " quick connect adpaters already on the filter. If you have size 3/8" tubing on your current system then when you replaced it you should just need to push in the tubing to this nee filter. No tools or adapters needed. Thank you

Q: Will this be compatible replacement for Pelican 104851?

I don’t know about a Pelican water filter system. This filter did not work for my RO filter system which is a WaterMaker Five. I had to order another filter directly from the company.
