Worked for Data Recovery
Used this to recover data from my Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro. It’s not the fastest adapter, but it did the job. Plug-and-play, no cable needed. Simple and effective solution for accessing an old mSATA SSD.

Works good but gets exceptionally Hot.
It worked so I could retrieve some files from a mSata drive. I first hooked it to a cord and it got hot and actually shut down do to thermal over-temp. Second time I plugged it straight into the USB and it seemed to work better, but still got very hot. Could maybe add a heatsink or maybe it depends on the drive also.

It was very convenient to read a mSATA card that had been pulled as a system drive from an older computer. This allowed limited repair and recovery of vital information. Price and convenience were excellent.

Inaccurate description, does not fit certain drive types even though it shows on the pictures that it does fit, product is a lie, would not recommend.
