These vitamins are really complete, well balanced, and have good dosages of vitamins. They include a mix of fruit and veggies including mushrooms, as well as some digestive enzymes. I have never had an issue with any type of stomach upset. The pills are large, but they contain a lot and you only have to take one. And, the price is very reasonable! I have recommended them to friends and they were also pleased.

I have taken these vitamins for years now and they have helped me so much. My diet is often poor unfortunately and these have kept me going and kept my vitamin and mineral levels up according to my bloodwork. They never hurt my stomach like so many do (I of course do eat a meal before taking them) and with such a great price point it makes it easy to always have these at hand.I definitely recommend them as a good reliable multivitamin.

I really like these vitamins. I don’t get an upset stomach after taking them. They have more than just vitamins. They have all kinds of herbs and I really like that. I have more energy now and I feel great. My only issue is the size of the Pill, but it seems to go down very easily with no after taste.

I’ve been using this multivitamin for a number of years. I like the fact the ingredients are food derived rather than chemically created. So many other types will make you sick if not taken with a meal. I can take this first thing in the morning, before any food or drink and it doesn’t upset my tummy. It includes all the important nutrients and micronutrients that are difficult to get unless you grow your own food, properly process and store it for optimal nutrition, and make sure you eat it…which is difficult in Alaska. Even if you do that, it’s unlikely you would take in the range of nutrients in this supplement.
