Q: Whats the difference between the fine, pro and diamond 5 in 1 blades?

I don't find a difference. The diamond is supposed to last longer, but I don't find that to be the case.

Q: Why did the price jump from $30 to $100?

Hello, Pricing is controlled by Amazon, sometimes when a product goes out of stock it may fall to a 3rd part who may have it listed for a higher price. As far as I am aware the price has stayed within the range of $20-$30 dollars recently. I am not certain where you saw the $100. Anytime you see a dramatic price jump such as this check and see who the seller of the product is. Wahl can only gaurentee those products purchased directly through Amazon. This is the second one of these I’ve bought. I would like them to retain the sharpness longer but I’m cutting hair that is more like shearing a sheep on 4 dogs 3 times a year. I’m not a professional groomer but this blade does the trick along with slide on different length combs. I think this blade is a good value.
