Have had 2 weeks of wonky flat ,dry at the roots hair been driving me mad .. Got some of these tablets & a few tins of sardines in water yesterday and today my roots felt oily like normal hair .. I even got it in a style.. maybe it was just my hormones changing back to my 2 weeks of good hair days again (2on/2off) I don't know. But I will keep going with the zink & sardines 😊 the zink is clean no nasty after taste or tummy trouble.

I can already see from the capsule size that there's no point in weighing the contents. No nasties, not cheap but then paying less for more nasties makes no sense.

I empty one of these into my orange along with various other minerals as I cant swallow tablets. I find these perfect except the price. It is ridiculous! As such, I wont be buying any more after.You can get much cheaper versions of the same thing elsewhere. You are just paying for the prestige and the name.
