for a tenner you get 8gb storage and room for more , it feels cheap and if you slide up to tough on the middle button you can break it, the way to lock the screen can become annoying but overal this is a fairly decent mp3

Very nice MP3

I bought this for my 4 year old daughter I wanted to set up a playlist and let her enjoy it. However I found it impossible to do off Apple Music! (This might be my fault not the MP3 players fault) I spent two hours trying to do it and gave up. I then realised it’s too old for a 4 year so returned it. They refunded me straight away very good with that.

My daughter realy enjoy to listen. Very ligjt and easy to use.

Good item, easy to use and lovely design

Get what you pay for - contacted Ruizu’s customer service email within 12 month warranty and they were totally unhelpful trying to blame seller when it was a clearly described as a manufacturing fault.

I recently purchased 2 X02 music players for my wife and I after having been very disappointed with other brands that I had purchased previously. After looking around I was considering getting a Sony model but in the process came across the reviews for the Ruizu X02 which ticked all the boxes and seem to include features not on the Sony models.The battery life is amazing, as is the volume level and sound quality with the advantage of being able to add up 128GB SD card that means that it can hold a phenomenal amount of music. Ideal for holidays!Mine has been fine but my wifes’ had a problem and we couldn’t get anything but a blank screen. We contacted customer services who were they extremely efficient and helpful despite the language barrier. Quite a few other companies could learn valuable lessons from them so well done Ruizu!I would certainly highly recommend both the product and the company without hesitation.
