[2019 Newest] Wireless Security Camera System with Night Vision,Firstrend 8CH 1080P Home Security Camera System with 4pcs 1080P HD Wireless Outdoor Security Camera,No Hard Drive

I’ve had this system since Sept. 2019, so for 1 1/2 years. It works... but it sometimes cuts out and doesn’t get signal. One of the cameras doesn’t get signal unless it’s sitting right next to the receiver... when we first got it we had a hard time setting it up. It doesn’t come with a hard drive and so you have to order one or go buy one and install it yourself. If you’re not a techie this can be difficult... also the software isn’t user friendly. Some of the settings don’t work as they should, such as motion detection. So it records a constant feed but if there is an incident you have to pour over hours of footage to find it yourself... also, the video quality isn’t great. You can’t zoom in and it’s pretty grainy.If you’re looking for a cheap system to get by with and you’re a little bit of a techie then this may be for you but I wish I had done more research before I bought this. I actually bought one for my house and one for my mothers and she doesn’t even use hers because she can’t figure it out. Good luck.

Pretty nice system overall. The interface to setup the camera is a little bare bones and could be easier. I am even very tech savvy and it was a bit of a pain. The process to setup email alerts required me to contact customer support but they sent me the wrong instructions for a different email company (sent me Hotmail when I had told them I was trying to setup yahoo) which was a bit of a head scratcher.Other than that tech support pain, the cameras were super easy to setup, and they connected to the recorder automatically. We had 4 cameras setup and recording within 2 to 3 hours.Overall I was very happy with them.

The video quality is really good. The guy was very helpful.

Make sure you get the internal hard drive or is useless Be prepared to fork out another hundred to $200

Excellent system, excellent customer service, great picture quality.

Easy to set up, working quickly, no problems. Good pictures, easy to follow instructions, and, most importantly, excellent tech service. When I had a few questions I received a call back and all questions were answered, and now all is working fine. I highly recommend this system for home security.
