Saves waste!!!
This Allison Easy Bake Yeast Tin came quickly. It had little or no packing waste .As it is in tin I have very little waste of yeast like when I brought the packets because I use only what I need and airtight container is also of good quality this is of great help very. The quality is also very good as it helped in quicker rising saving me some time. It is very reasonably priced. Would recommend it to all types of bakers.

Home baked bread As good as the fresh yeast

Excellent value for money as less waste than when using the sachets.
I use this in my Panasonic bread maker to make granary bread. I had been using the sachets but the instructions said all the contents of a sachet had to be used within 48hrs of opening or discarded, so I often ended up throwing away about half each time. With the replaceable air tight lid, this tin can be resealed, so the only restriction is the expiry date which is December 2022 on the tin I received. Therefore of much greater value for money if you are making bread regularly.The bread rose very well and the flavour was very good. Recommend.

Activate first for perfect results!
A TV chef's tip: don't just add dry yeast to a mix and expect it to work properly! Mix your dried yeast with a few drops of lukewarm water and a pinch of sugar and leave to stand for 10 minutes to activate; then add it to your recipe - it does make a difference!
