Great Coffee
Perfect cappuccino in seconds! Easy to set-up if you read the instructions carefully! I was tired of machines with pods, machines that you have to use the nozzle to froth milk, this machine does it for you. I love my coffee machine so much I've even given her an Italian name, Chiara!

Terrible terrible customer service. Orient electric support network is horrible.
Absolutely terrible support network in India. Save yourself the trouble please. The filters need replacement every 6 months or so and the machine needs to be cleaned. The orient support network is terrible. My machine has been sitting idle for over 15 days because orient electric cannot send a technician to look at it and I won’t recommend buying this.

Not ideal, but best value DELONGHI product available in India!!
The media could not be loaded. Everything is great for the price you pay except two things -1.You cannot froth milk manually, so latte art not possible2.Pre-infusion cycle feature is not there so coffee quality may not be ( I said may) as good as in higher models EC860(not available in India) & even lower priced Dedica 685.So,basically if you are looking for damn easy & quick espresso/cuppicino/latte go with this one ,else choose the cheaper Dedica 685 which gives you more manual control & probably a little better tasting espresso (due to pre-infusion cycle)Where it really scores over dedica is 1.The real quick dual-thermoblock & 2. Automatic Advanced Cappuccino system which mixes steam+air+milk, to create really great tasting Cappuccino & also latte while with dedica 685 one can just mix steam+milk.Edit : 04Mar21 - After few days of usage,I feel the pre-infusion cycle might be present due to the way pump operates when in process,although media brochures/website mentions otherwise.
