It was the right size for our fireplace
Easy to install, looks sturdy and it comes with all the fittings you'll need. I would recommend this product.

Very small in comparison to higher end products.
Great part for the price. Worked well but it was much smaller than I expected. I almost returned it but it wasn't worth the trouble. It puts out a lot of gas but it's just not very wide in the fireplace.

Lights up my life.
I bought one of these for a living room fireplace that had a meager flame. I had my handy man install it so I don't know if it was difficult or not, but he did it quickly. I was delighted by the size and how strong the flame is. I took out the logs, and replaced them with crushed glass and it is just beautiful. I loved it so much I ordered another for the family room fireplace, left the logs in that one. Now we have roaring fires !

No whistle! Serious BTU’s!
Really expected it to whistle, but nope! Put another brand in my outdoor pit years ago, whistles when it about 3/4 on. Put this one in my fireplace ( tired of getting smoked out and the smell). About 10 min install, took longer to add the fire glass. This things pumping heat and looked awesome.

Causes cancer, Birth defects and other reproductive harm
I did not know that it had a California proposition 65 warning basically says that it will release toxic chemicals and fumes while burning. Wanted to use this in my indoor firebox so this is not an option

great fire!
Time will tell how well it holds up. The heat out of this device versus the prior burner is simply unbelievable. Wish we would have had it before the great Texas Freeze. Now we are running the AC and have no need of heat. Well at least for next year we are set.

Perfecto para chimeneas interiores
Todo está muy bien al principio me pareció muy chico pero la verdad ya funcionando está perfecto.Sería bueno si el vendedor incluyera el sistema de encendido electrónico yo tuve que poner todo manual con llaves de paso para controlar la intensidad de la flama. Pero si está muy bien muy recomendable
