...From the pounding my legs took while serving in the Army. I use these to lift my heel, not to make myself look taller, but to relieve some of the tension in both my Achilles while I walk. They really seem to help a lot. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I don't think they will last and will wear very quickly. Only time will tell.

Cheaply made. Slightly narrow. Comfortable, no pain in heel or toe. They don't stick together well, but preparation was easy. No lace or shoe distortion! Only complaint is that the 1-1.5in that it gives you is not quite enough (compresses when on).

I have a shorter left leg due to a car accident and am constantly trying to get a lift with the appropriate height.these have 2 additional lift attachments so there is actually 3 different heights possible.now if I could just find some that you can get for one side only and not both

Overall, they work to add height as advertised. However, in order to use the higher settings you must be wearing high tops or your foot will slip out. So, as for quality and fit they get 4 stars, but I can't give them the because of limitions on shoes you can wear

I have tried most of the shoe lifts on Amazon and this has proved to be the best! I am a female and this lift works perfectly in my running shoe! I never have to adjust it and it is very comfortable. At last a lift that works for me!!

With the insoles I can wear shoes that would otherwise rub and be very uncomfortable.My only criticism is they are a little narrow despite being wide for men.

First off great product only one thing I would like to have different is maybe a pad of gel or memory foam in the heel area otherwise A+++

I've recently had a hip replacement which has left my right leg slightly shorter than my left. So I need a comfortable height increase insole which is neither too low nor too high. This one has removable layers, so I've been able to get it at the correct height. It's also comfortable and fits well in my shoes.

The product itself is fine, well contructed and manufactured. It is exactly as described and does what it says in the description. But you need to be sure that what you are ordering is what you actually need. I bought this product for podietary needs, but it is more suited to those who wish to increase their height. The insoles elevate the foot such that the shoe can become too tight, even using only the bottom section, and in one case with a shoe with a low heel, the elevation provided meant that the back of my heel was outside the shoe rim. So, take care when chosing this product. Probably best suited to those who wear trainers, boots, or similar.

I have used these inserts in my trainers.... instant height increase!Furthermore, due to the cushioned design of the inserts they are comfortable and unobtrusive when worn.I am very pleased with my purchase, and would buy them again.

Does what it says on the tin, three layers that all interlock to increase height, I only used the first layer which worked well for me.

Decent fit, bit mushy but feels good in the shoe. I havw one shorter leg, so decided to try these. Might buy again, who knows.
