Rugrats: Season 3

Sound went out on a couple of episodes, however Im not really complaining though especially since I bought it recently on sale at 17.99. I haven't finished watching the entire season yet and im hoping no other episodes have sound where they cut out. The sound cut out like 3 times on "Home Movies" but im just glad to have all of these classic episodes on DVD. Id probably be more upset if I had paid the original price of 39.98, but im glad Amazon finally lowered the prices. Aside from these minor issues, the picture and sound quality are actually really nice for a burn-on-demand dvd release which is why the sound issues don't really bother me.The issues didn't discourage me to not buy other burn-on-demand releases from Amazon.. I plan on buying Rocket Power: Season 1 SINCE THEY FINALLY RELEASED IT!!!Ill be completely satisfied when they finally release full seasons of Jimmy Neutron and Drake and Josh, I feel it coming soon since Amazon has been improving this year when it comes to their Nickelodeon releases (such as finally releasing a full season 2 and 9 of Rugrats and now the first season of Rocket Power!!!!)

This show holds up to my memories. As a millennial, I fondly remember watching the Rugrats when it was new on Nickelodeon. Unlike many other shows that I watched at such a young age, I actually retained knowledge of the inherent plots. When Angelica sued her parents for emancipation, the nascent seeds were sown for me to go to law school; I fully admit to being a precocious smartass without attributing that to this show. As a 5 year old at the time, I decided that I too should start recording conversations with my parents via my Fisher Price microphone/recorder for future proof of their wrongdoing as to broccoli eating. Pickles v. Pickles was the episode I most remembered and revered.Because all of the seasons of this show are up on Prime, I decided that my nieces and nephews needed to be exposed to such a great show. Lo and behold, I realized as an adult that the show, in the earlier seasons at least, was written on a level to engage the dual audiences of parents and children simultaneously. It was not tarnished by viewing it with adult eyes.

As a 90s kid, I grew watching a lot of cartoons and Rugrats is easily amongst my favorites. It's super creative, funny, entertaining, insightful, wholesome, and yet has a dark secret behind the whole thing (I won't spoil it here). Sit back and enjoy the 90s goodness!

I grew up watching Rugrats during the 90s. Rugrats had 9 seasons, however the only seasons I like are seasons 1-3. Season 3 of Rugrats is the best season they wrote. Something happened after season 3 and Rugrats started to go down hill fast. All I can figure is they must have had new writers...but even their voices are slightly different. Anyways, season 1-3 is the golden age of rugrats. I can remember every episode. All I need is season 1 and a complete season 2(not yet available) and I'll have my favorite cartoon collection. If you like the Rugrats, then I highly recommend buying Doug (any season), the first 4 seasons of Hey Arnold and Rocko's Modern Life and the fist 4 seasons of Arthur.

I love this series. The package arrived on time. The dvd case was wrapped and it was not difficult to open. I enjoy watching the episodes. The dvds are positioned in the case like pages in a book. When you open the case the dvds have their own "page" or maybe two dvds are sharing a "page". I received this dvd set with another Rugrats dvd product from this same seller and the dvd sets arrived together. I am happy with the service and the products.

To my surprise my 4 year old daughter asked about the Rugrats so I went in search to find it and got it here! She loves it. Takes me back to when I was young. 😬

I would say 5 stars but I am missing disc 5 episodes. Instead I have the same episodes on disc 5 as disc 4. You guys have to fix this for me. Other than that, still great quality!

I think like others growing up, watching nickelodeon was a blast. I know because i was one of them. Now 19, i always tried to buy things i wanted to keep but for some reason,i got bored too quickly.Not with the rugrats,their the funniest little cartoon on television back in the 1990s and for some now. Believe me,when i say this is one cartoon you would want any child to laugh at. And, by the way,it does have all season 3 episodes.
