I have been looking for a good, everyday use, clean mascara for a while. My eyelashes are long but sparse due to age and an auto-immune disease. I love the look of waterproof mascara but lose too many lashes getting it off. I wanted something I could wear everyday that stays put, but washed off easily. I also wanted clean ingredients. I love this mascara! It goes on smoothly, stays all day, and I don’t lose lashes taking it off. It looks great and I highly recommend it.

Pros: No eyes irritation, toxins free, really make eye lashes look longer.Cons: Doesn't last long enough for me and gets runny like I just cried creating mild dark circles. Will be looking for another, perhaps waterproof option.

Overall, I love this super clean mascara! Pros: lightweight (almost feels like I’m not wearing mascara), doesn’t clump, really lengthens and curls lashes, love the comb side of the applicator, so easy to remove and gentle on sensitive eyes. Cons: it doesn’t smell great and unfortunately it does smudge over time — especially in warmer weather.

Before I go all negative on it, I can say for sure that the look it gives you is natural and AMAZING.I honestly wasn’t going to do a review on this mascara since i had stopped using it but as someone who wears 5 different mascara religiously (every single day), it would be a disservice to the girlies to not to do one.First thing, ITS NOT SMUDGE/WATER/DUSTPROOF. I wore it to see Inside Out 2 (where i cried), the mascara itself looks really great, especially because the brush has 2 different volume settings allowing me to mix and match my lashes but by the end of the movie I wiped my eye and there was nothing there. Like absolutely nothing. As much as it is a great advantage in taking your makeup off flawlessly, it’s not the best mascara if you’re an eye rubber or regular tear dropper. I work 12 hour shifts and use this mascara on my bottom lashes, not even 3 hours into my shift i see mascara dots on my under eye.. anyways.Second thing. Smell is so bad. That’s it. that’s the end of the sentence. that’s how bad the smell is.One thing i will say is, if you accidentally poke yourself or get it in your actual eye, you’ll be okay.overall ilia gets a 4/10 for me. I’ve tried 30 mascara at this point and ilia is just not the mascara for me. I hope you have better luck!
