So far the wireless charging works, but it's not fast charge as per their title. My other non battery bank wireless chargers when I place my phone on them it shows it as fast wireless charging and it was about 20-25% faster. This product shows wireless charging. For those with a cover or case over your cell phone, it may not even charge using the wireless option. For the wallet type case, you can almost forget the wireless charging exists. We have many phones with different case covers and the ones using TPU, plastic or something that isn't too thick underneath, they will most likely work. We also have a different brand of Qi wireless battery charger and that actually works with wallet like covers. Not sure why this one doesn't. That's a disappointment and thus lower the overall score. The battery feels solid and the provided cables that are short and what I needed for the galaxy phones, apple products, and etc.

The wireless charging doesn’t work all that well. But if using plug, works perfect and fast. Other concern no actual charging plug came with the charger to charge prior to use. Was able to use apple charger to charge bank but takes forever to charge.

With this battery pack is difficult using the wireless pad. Ot also gets very hot once using it to charge.

Absolutely love my POWERADD wireless power bank! I never have to worry about my cell going dead again! I charge my power bank and throw it in my purse when I'm working my 12 hour shifts! It charged my phone from 22% battery to 100% battery in little less than an hour! Oh and if you have 2 devices u need charged at the same time on the go..no problem plug one into the port and lay the other on top of the wireless pad! One of the best purchases I've made ever!

I just received my new power bank and I love it! Not only is it extremely convenient with multiple output/ input options including a wireless charging pad, but the charging is extremely fast. Also, I adore the color. This power bank can charge multiple items including iPhone or Android phone.

Heavy charger , recharges fast and charges your phone fast , if you don't have the right phone to charge from the top the cord works just as well , didn't charge the iphone x at all .

A nice sized, decently powerful portable charger. The addition of being able to charge wirelessly is a nice touch.
