I was initially worried it would be too thin and it's not
I am 5'11" and 180-190lbs I bought a medium and it fits well. Not too loose or tight. The material is on the thin side, but not too thin that it's a problem. If you were a wife beater underneath you wouldn't see it.

Wow! Very soft and comfortable. True to size. Im 5'8" and around 175lbs and I wear a large in this shirt and just about every other brand. Highly recommend.
