Lovely and firm - great for foot and hamstring release, but my goodness Amazon packaging is a joke (see photos) hence deduction of stars... Lesson learnt - will buy one of items like this in a shop!

Very good but add instructions for beginners
The ball itself is great, it’s evidently high quality. I believe the product could come with maybe some pictures of example exercises, only a few not too many, this would enhance the experience
