It does work. it only last about 3 hours.. but when that three hours is up... i'm starving.It does what i ask.. help me not eat all through work. i haven't noticed any difference.no weight loss, no sick or dizzy feelings. im just simply NOT hungry. Mind you, i do NOT consume enough water through the day. When i am dehydrated. i confuse that with hungry. so either or, as long as im not eating all though work, im happy.

I've only had this product for about a week and I could tell a difference on the very first day!!! I take it as directed (2 capsules 30 min to an hour before meal.. I take it right before breakfast) and I am NOT hungry throughout the entire day!!! It definitely suppresses hunger! Out of everything I've tried, this has worked the best so far.

Used for the whole bottle still had cravings and didn’t help loose any weight.

Just started taking them this week. They curve the appetite a little, they have a horrible odor and leave a after taste in your mouth. I will continue taking the pills, update again once I've finish the bottle

My weakness is eating non stop once I get home from work so I was really looking forward to trying this! I take them after work, just before dinner, and I have zero desire to snack on all the usual bad food afterwards! I also prefer to make a healthier lighter meal for dinner since starting these and I don't get hungry at all later on (that never used to be the case!) I haven’t experienced any side effects, I’m just less hungry and feel so much better for not eating all the stuff I used to!

Didn’t work for me. I didn’t feel any difference. I won’t be buying again.

I really liked this product because it really help with suppressing my appetite without the side affect of feeling shaky
