Almost everything was in the box except cable and a box to mount the door release switch. The instructions are a little difficult to follow, but the colour coding helps. I also added a second door release using an old door bell push. The programming is very easy, setting up the tokens and an access code was quick and easy too. The wires for a bell seem to be live all the time, which doesn't seem to make sense, so I couldn't add a door bell to the system. All told, it installed quickly and easily and works really well - and it's as cheap as chips!

This is an excellent maglock but should not be used as a security device. I bought it as a gadget and it should not be regarded as anything else. Overall fair quality for the money although the controller/keypad needs to be more robust, it's quite flimsy. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE DREADFUL!!! Non't attempt to install this unless you are experienced in moderately complex wiring.

I thought that as this was packaged as a set that it would be...not so. It is three separate products from three different manufacturers. The instructions don't really match up to each other and one of them is only in Chinese. I got it eventually but had to figure the wiring out for myself.

Great value for money. Takes time to install but works great. If in doubt call an electrician but I am really pleased with this. Instructions took a little time to work out.

The whole system looks good. However, next to impossible to install. I tried and failed, hire electrician to do it (which cost more than the products) without success either because the instruction is not clear, the drawing for the wiring is completely wrong. The coded box and key flop doesn't match, tried to enter the code to reset to factory setting as stated on the manual does not work either.I'm waiting for the seller to get back to me to see whether a replacement for the coded box and key flop or an instruction to show how to set it up properly. The magnetic lock part does work, just the control mechanism doesn't

I have brought from Amazon over 40 of these and have had no problems, once I fitted a couple it's easy, but the last batch I have had 2 of the controller boxes stop working so I have purchased just the boxes, hopefully I don't find any more not working as this will end up with me having to send some back, but all in all I would definitely recommend this product

I wouldn’t use them for any real security but have 3 installed work fine to limit access in normal circumstances and work as deterrent but wouldn’t use them to prevent burglary as they can be easily forced

Thus far I have fitted many of these locks without issue. Today however the maglock did not work, the coil was very poor and had no strength. Voltage checked & is correct but product very poor. I will need to review what products I order again and maybe try a different supplier.
