Amazing bit of kit
This sleep 02 wrist oxygen monitor is an excellent way to track oxygen levels and pulse rate during sleep and not expensive. The app is super easy to install and provides data which is simple to understand. Being able to assess sleep health has proved very beneficial.I bought it to assess my breathing as hadn’t worn my CPAP mask for 2 weeks and wondered what effect this had on my oxygen levels. Well I soon found out that things weren’t great - large oxygen dips and varying pulse levels.Each night I’d try something different (pillows/breathe easy strips/no alcohol) in the hope that if I could reduce my sleep apnea incidents I’d not need my CPAP mask anymore. Wishful thinking!BUT this amazing 02 wrist monitor has allowed me to to understand just how much I need my mask and not dislike it so much!Worth every penny, best purchase I’ve made in a long time.

Brilliant piece of kit
I bought this as i suspected i had sleep apnea. It turns out that i'm right. This device measures blood oxygen levels and bpm accurately, is comfy to wear, the finger sensor is comfy also. The app is easy to navigate and informative. Overall i'm very very happy with this purchase. Thank you!

Great, but needs extra monitor sizes
It seems to be a great addition to monitoring, for me it's sleep apnea & ironically narcolepsy.One problem, the actual monitor for my finger comes off in my sleep, it's massive compared to my finger (even tried my thumb).
