- This can also be used as a relaxing herbal infusion 'Tea' drink. Just add 1 heaped teaspoon of this blend per cup required to a pot. Pour over boiling water. Allow to infuse for 4-6 minutes. Strain into a cup and enjoy.

Helps with sleep
Got this weeks ago to help my nieces 18mth son sleep, worked immediately. 6 or 7 weeks later he started having problems again, I told her to ditch herbs as probably lost effectiveness , she only used a small amount out of large bag, she has refreshed the bag ( bag hanging above the bed) and worked immediately again.

Tea tasted awful, and not at all sleep-inducing.
Tastes absolutely disgusting, I thought I would try anything for a good night's sleep, I was wrong, after 3 attempts, I realised I could not continue, no matter what the benefits may be, (none of which I experienced ). I think I will have to continue with lavender tea from my garden. The stress of the taste kept me awake, I couldn't get rid of it. Obviously hops are not for me. I hope it works for other people.

Definitely relaxing when used properly.
I have never heard of anyone drinking this. To aid sleep out some in a muslin bag and pop it into your pillowcase...magic!
