Great overall phone
Great phone, still works and I bought it quite a while ago.

It's carrier unlocked, not OEM unlocked.
Purchased this for android development with the intent of flashing a different OS. The phone I got was "g710tm30a" model, meaning it's t mobile's OEM locked.

Don't trust seller
I purchased 2 of these phones from this seller (Sell Phone Basement LLC). While they appeared new in unopened boxes, they had different sim card removal tools, leading me to believe (at least) one was previously opened. Then I discovered that the screen on one of the phones wasn't completely sealed along the side edge, like it had previously been taken apart. I thought it would be covered & somewhat sealed by a phone case but didn't want to take a chance of future issues so I opted to return both phones during the return window. I contacted the company who was not very receptive to the above issues. Sell Phone Basement LLC then threatened to charge restocking fees for the return (roughly 20%!). Of course no mention of these fees are listed on the product page. If you are looking for new phones, I would look at purchasing from a different seller as Sell Phone Basement LLC can't be trusted.

This phone was advertised as unlocked however it was an unlocked Sprint phone.
Because it is an unlocked Sprint phone there are things that you can not do when using it with other service providers. One of those things that I could not do with my current provider is get or receive pictures via text messaging. This is a huge feature for me. I returned the phone and did not get a refund after a week. So I filed a claim with Amazon A to Z and the seller immediately called, begged me to with draw the complaint and said he would refund the money. I waited until I saw the refund status on Amazon and with drew the complaint. Now it appears that the seller has withdrawn the refund. While you are not able to file a second complaint over Amazon I was able to call and get it escalated to A to Z. We will see what happens.

Great phone for the money.
New to Android so the learning curve was steep. So far, its fantastic! Great screen, responsive, good camera, speakers, and reception. Overall, I highly recommend this phone if you're in the market and don't want to spend the money for a Galaxy.

Love this phone came unlock as promise and was able to have it activated by metro pcs with no problems excellent phone looks brand new everything csme with the phone except the headphones

Just doesn’t cut it
Camera lens fell out. People hear their echo when they get on the phone with me. Battery life is not good. Never get any service. Even gps don’t work that good. Do not waste your money

WAS NOT UNLOCKED
This phone was advertised as unlocked but when I got the phone I was not able to use it. I took it to my provider and they struggled with the T-Mobile app which is a phone lock and I am still not able to use this phone. When I contacted the seller, they did not respond. I am very disappointed in this product.
