This is a bumper magic kit that has pretty much everything that every kid would ever want in a startup magic kit. I got this for my nephew who's almost 10 and he was in complete awe with it.The kit comes with a booklet to explain how to do all the tricks, but the instructions are a bit hit and miss in places, which suggests it was translated from another language. This isn't quite enough to lower the 5& rating, but it's something to be aware of if you're looking for the 'perfect' magic kit. Just the magician's outfit is worth the 'admission price' of this magic set. 5*

This magic kit comes well presented in a colourful box. Adequate instructions are included for all the tricks but what the kids will be fighting over is the magician costume which amounts to hat, cloak and wand. The tricks are thankfully at the bottom end of the difficulty scale. The various props are mainly plastic but quality is generally very good, with solid construction and bright colours. The kids had hours of fun with this, it's a solid starter magic kit, I am very happy with it.

This is a really fun set for any little magician. Some of the tricks need a little help depending on the age. But my daughter loves learning these. All great quality. Good value for money.

Oh gosh, this Magic Kit will surely delight any little boy or girl. It arrives in a colourful box (easy for wrapping!) and is packed full of everything a budding magician would need to entertain and amaze the ‘crowds’.The outfit - hat, cloak and wand - will certainly make them look the part and the instruction leaflet will make sure they make the best use of all the accessories. There’s a huge selection - and not just the usual tricks - they’re well-made and in bright primary colours.This fantastic set now has to be hidden away until summer for a birthday surprise and I can’t wait to see all the elements being displayed on stage by my little Magic Maestro!

Every child girl or boy loves to dazzle with a new card or magic trick that they have learned. I’ve ordered for a 11-year-old, the box says 3+ that is a bit young but I guess it is possible that a younger child can be taught the easier tricks with guidance.Inside the very presentable box are lots of plastic props for the magic tricks and also a colourful glossy booklet showing how to use the props to good effect. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Also features a magician’s costume to enhance the fun.

A fantastic magic set with plenty to entertain for hours. A good size box with lots to learn and do.I would recommend.

All the items are moulded plastic. You get a comprehensive instruction book with photos. Toll on Britains Got Talent.My only criticism some of the tricks are pretty obvious and basic, but some even blew my mind how easy they were to do and looking so professional. My 7 year old daughter had a few goes and now there is competition between us all. Gotta admit my youngest looks ace in the outfit whilst we all do the magic!Overall for the price you do get a lot of stuff, too much? Which makes it great value for money.If you like magic, you'd be a fool to miss out. Pif paf puf.

This is a good set with a cape and tip hat. Neither are amazing quality and the hat definitely isn't brilliant but it does the job and adds some pizzazz.The tricks themselves are pretty limited and so for me this likely suits someone slightly younger. It's nicely boxed though so would make a great gift for anyone in the 5 to 8 age range I think.Overall a decent starter set for the price.
