I was initially skeptical because of the high price, but this product exceeded my expectations—it’s absolutely worth it! The quality is top-notch, and it's been the only thing that has truly helped with my knee pain.It works great when I’m sitting on the couch and strap it on. I have only had this unit for two days and I have used it for 10 minutes each time twice a day morning and an evening, so far I noticed some relief for about two hours after using it. Hopefully the relief will continue to grow over time.

The unit works very well. Comfortable, easy to use. Came earlier that what expected but Thats AMAZON! ill advise @ a later date how much it helped. This unit most likely will not cure, however it helps relieve pain for the time used.

I only had for couple of days. I brought 1 immediately brought another one so that I could do both knees together. Works as advertised but is a little cumbersome to strap on. Does not seem to work through clothing.

Very impressed! The mayriel is a soft synthetic, not neoprene. The adjustable straps fit me with extra room, and I am swollen, and 300+ pounds. They also included a charging cord and block, and an extra strap extender if it doesn't fit you.Trying it for the first time, my knee and leg muscles relaxed within 10 seconds. It feels good, and I will check in with updates as to how well it works.
