Amazingly effective
It really does live up to all the claims on the packaging. Within a day of applying it, I felt that my skin had calmed down. If you remember Clearasil from the 1980s and have turned your nose up at it ever since, you should give it a second go. It really has changed and is a different product.

Great
Purchased multiple times, this cream is super effective at reducing / clearing spots and doesn't dry the skin like some other brands.

Try it.
I saw this recommended by a dermatologist in a newspaper article - so felt I should try it. Obviously it only works if it works for you - other people's experiences count for nothing unless you get some benefit.Firstly this is quite expensive but you can get BOGOF offers from the high street...so do check there. I have developed problem skin in my 60's due, it is said, to developing Rosacea. Basically I have sudden spot rashes over my face cheeks. This cream tends to reduce the redness and severity of those eruptions. In fact I was amazed at how quickly some spots simply disappeared. In this respect this cream is much better than anything else I have tried.Products tried include Freederm, Panoxyl (discontinued) Quinoderm - both these last two are the peroxide based creams that bleach everything they touch. Hard work and gets everywhere...impossible not to transfer damage to any fabrics anywhere...so be careful. Have also tried Boots own brands (not bad), emergency spot sticks (ok), Tree Tree products (no good), and any number of sulphur based products and other over the counter things. Almost all others have a so-so effect, that's all.In addition to this cream I swear by Clean and Clear's Foaming Facial Wash. So a simple regime that works for me is to use the face wash first then tackle the spots with this cream. There's lots of advice out there how to tackle skin issues and what not to do, but in the end it's what works for you. Stress and warm weather are two factors that cause my rashes. I also take Doxycyclene AB every day. Minocyclene before that was really excellent but seemed to cease to have effect. It's also worth keeping your eye on the latest trends. An important one is that people with sun damaged skin (all those children of service families in the 1950's and 1960's in particular, living in sunshine postings then) may now have a certain type of oil in their skin due to the sun. It is thought this is loved by skin mites and possibly bacteria. It's suggested that there's a huge spike of mite activity on such faces. Some drug companies are looking closely into this. The last comment is that you really don't need to wait months to see if treatments work. But you do need to be aware that some treatments new to you may purge the skin initially which can cause lots of spots to emerge at once.

Effective treatment for skin.
Having previously used Clearasil skin cream, it was good to be able to purchase the Ultra Rapid Action Exfoliating Treatment version of the product. It was delivered as rapidly as its name contains and came in a handy, easy to use 25 mg. tube.As described it can be used for sensitive skin and, as it can be used sparingly, the tube's contents will last for a substantial time. As the product's description says, the Clearasil skin treatment cream begins its work upon its first application. Therefore, it is effective, as well as good value for money. Recommended.
