First off, the customer service was great. They answered all my questions. I installed this in my 2011 Jeep Wrangler, there are no videos out there to install it and the company didn’t have any either but were willing to walk me through as much as they could if I needed. But overall the instructions in the box tell you how to set it up before installing which is super important! And all the cables are labeled clearly for what they go to. I DID NOT have to purchase any additional harnesses or components for this radio! It is plug and play and the radio mounts directly on where the old one does. I had to use my old hardware for it as it doesn’t come wi the any new ones.Now after installing, the sound is good, pretty much stock sound but if you are someone who like quality sound, you get what you pay for. I have not installed the back up camera yet. But this unit is you get what you pay for, and this works great for me!The touch screen is good, it’s not snappy (again I didn’t expect it to) it’s a great value for the money and honestly going into this not expecting much, this has really surprised me! I love it, and if it breaks etc. the company offers a LIFETIME warranty!!!

I just installed yesterday 8/1 on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. It fits perfectly where my old stock radio was. So far I have to say I'm impressed with this radio. The interface does takes some getting used to, so I'll have to play around with it some more. It basically is plug and play, however, when making calls i cannot hear anyone but they can hear me, that will be another days problem. I have yet to install the camera but when I do I'll update my review.

Everything was easy to set up and install into my car and after math came out 🙌
