our dog is an avid fan of tearing open plush toys and getting the stuffing out, so i rushed to buy this toy as she also loves bouncy balls. she immediately loved it. if i had to describe the texture of the covering i would say it feels like sherpa. it’s very thick and soft and it actually does look like mashed potato! the size is perfect for our lab mix and the squeaky sounds are a hit. i hope to find more toys with this sort of design for her

Great toy, satisfies the shredder in my pup, and additionally, durable toy underneath. Please note, for your buddy's safety, use with human supervision only. The toy underneath is more durable than most, but it's not indestructible for the most focused of chewers. Ernie votes 5 stars for FUN and 4 stars for durability.

My dogs (pitbulls) are notoriously skilled at destroying any toy within 5 minutes. The smash potato stood up surprisingly well and once the dogs ripped through the outside, the inner ball is also incredibly durable but still soft enough to be safe. I would recommend the smash potato but ADVISE AGAINST ANY OF THE NYLON TOYS. Solid nylon toys can cause lacerations and abrasions to a dog's gums and can even cause FRACTURED TEETH. As a veterinarian, I'm begging you, please don't give your dog nylon chew toys! Fractured teeth often times require extraction which is both painful and costly! And as always, please monitor your pups when they have playtime with toys :)

My dog loves balls. This ball will last a while. I removed one star because the faux shearling cover lasted about 3 minutes and then I had to vacuum the bits out of the carpet.

This is definitely small, the pictures are misleading.I should have paid better attention to the size, but the pictures definitely overexaggerate the size.It took my dog no time to rip the cover off, and then it seemed the inner ball was a little hard for his tastes.

This is one I’ll order again the cover was difficult for my lab to pull off and the heavy duty squeaky ball is perfect it’s currently her favorite toy, it’s a really heavy duty rubber ball underneath the cover she’s loving it ! aRf !

It is a horrible product. My dog ripped the fabric off within minutes and was left with a heavy piece of rubber which he began to eat. The item lasted about ten minutes before we threw it away

This is the best one I've gotten, it's a huge ball, just enough for her to get a little in her mouth to squeak it, and not enough to destroy.I ordered the (SMALL) by mistake originally,they exchanged it without issue. The small is only for tiny dogs. My 40 lbs Pitbull could easily swallow them, be aware. (choke hazard)

Es un juguete de consistencia dura, por dentro es como esos juguetes "atrapa premios", no es un peluche. Considero que e sun bue juguete para perros grandes.
