I noticed an improvement in my memory and focus

Seems to be good quality, but I can't tell much of a difference in mental clarity (like I can with Alpha GPC) and have no way of testing it's efficacy. Don't plan to repurchase.

Good product. Unlike many other supplements, this product is supported with good research.

I'm going through a loss of memory, but this pills are helping.

I really wanted to like these. There is a lot of clinical evidence on the effectiveness of citicoline for improving cognition and memory retention. It is a prescription medication in other countries. Note that you have to take it for weeks to months before you start seeing improvements. This is not an instant fix. It has to build up in your system like most nootropics.I took these for 3 days and had a lot of GI and stomach discomfort, ie. bloating, gas, acid reflux. My gut can be picky, but I did not expect that. If you have a sensitive gut then I would steer clear of these. They say your body will get used to it and to try a smaller dose, 250mg for a week, to let your body adjust and then step up the dose to 500mg. I wanted to hang in there bc I have ADHD and am in school. I'll take all the help with focus and working memory I can get. This wasn't worth it though, I felt so uncomfortable. I gave them three stars because this is a known side effect and most people don't have these symptoms. I unfortunately couldn't send them back either. Would I recommend them? Maybe for the average person, but take with caution. I don't recommend if you have a sensitive gut.

These have worked very well for me so far. I really like that there was no magnesium since I tend to react not well. I appreciate the simple ingredients. I take one every two days and it seems to work very well for me. I definitely feel an increase in my energy and focus after I've taken it.
