People come in all different sizes and so do shoulders. This brace is one of the very few that did not bunch up excessively while wearing it. It is adjustable around the chest as well as at the 'pocket' (that you can insert ice or a hot pack), and even then it does not bunch uncomfortably. Highly recommend if you have shoulder pain from tendonitis, partially torn soft tissue or just arthritis. As an added bonus, it isn't very expensive :)

When I sleep with this support on it tends to ride up, and then it's loose. Wearing it while awake seems to work well

Got this for my wife after trying a much more expensive model which did not work for her. This one worked well. A great product for the money.

I tried this because of its reviews and the price. I think all of these similarly designed shoulder harnesses would do the same. I found that this one works for me in that it keeps my shoulder in a neutral position and alleviates inflammation. It is comfortable, easy to put on, adjust and can be worn either under a shirt or over a shirt. I wear it on my left shoulder but it can be worn on either shoulder.

Takes a bit to figure out how to properly start. Once braced, love the pocket for hot or cold. Can be as soft or as constricting as needed. No complaints.

This shoulder brace appears to be well made with all stitching intact. It fits well on either shoulder and has a pocket for an ice pack. It's comfortable yet gives the right amount of smugness for the support you need. I found it to work wonderfully. And for $15, it's well worth it.

I like that there is a full pocket for the ice pack. The only con I have is sometimes the sleeve slides either to the front or back. I might be because I'm not tightening it enough.
