Dogs do great science books for reluctant readers
A really great book for dog lovers with a sense of humour, kids, scientists, teachers and reluctant readers alike. The illustrations are lovely, and one of the dogs resembles our own pup. Our 10 year old (who has ADHD and finds novels challenging) especially enjoys this as a bedtime read.

Great Short/Abrupt Introduction
Just like with the Energy book, this book, too, feels slightly abrupt on the explanations in places. It comes in a format of a comic book and is funny but is slightly lacking in detail. This is a very light introduction to some concepts and topics and it is great for that. It should stimulate curiosity but it is not heavy on the details at all, it also lacks some explanations. I am sure there will be children who will be left slightly frustrated as it touches on the subject but then leaves it without a proper explanation that I child could understand. This means be ready for additional research as this book won't answer slightly more in-depth questions.

My little boy and I are loving this book!
My 7-year-old was delighted when he opened this book and saw it was in comic-book style - he’s really into books that are presented as comics! He’s been reading it loads, and in two days has almost finished it. We are big fans of dogs in our house, so we’re really loving the idea of dogs doing science!Definitely recommend.
