I use this product for muscle stiffness in my legs. I am not sure the reason for the stiffness, but I will say that taking one pill in the morning helps through the whole day. I take one at night to reduce the stiffness the following morning. Not aware of any side-effects from the B-dosage.

I can only say that this is the best thing until now, I tried bitamine B injections and they did not help me, I mean that these tablets are better.

Caveat Emptor- There are dangerous, non natural products that make up vitamin B in this product. .I Didn't find out until after it was ordered .
