First, if all I will say the most dislike of this sauna suit was that it was difficult removing after the exercise and sweat period which removing to even have a shower was a great deal of challenge.However, I still liked this suit for various reasons. The suit fits on me really well and does the job really well, it does create an ultimate tight feeling and gives the feeling that you are losing weight, the size is perfect and as stated by the seller.The price i paid for this product in my view, is decent and well acceptable for me.

Great quality vest. I recommend buying your normal t shirt size - medium worked well for me.Makes you look athletic when you have it on with something else on top. Encourages good posture too.

Went by the size guide and went for a medium as small wouldn’t have fitted my chest. Chest fits perfect for medium but is way to big at the waist. Don’t buy this product if you have a large chest and smallish waist as it won’t fit correctly. Feels good round the chest and can feel the heat pity it does nothing round the stomach area (as it’s too loose) which is what I bought it for.
