As someone who has had bartic surgery it is hard to meet your daily water and protein goals. These liquaCel packets are perfect. I add them to my water and drink up. I always keep some one or two on my purse, car, and at my desk. I even mix them with crystal light packets.

It’s a struggle!
I bought these after seeing them online. I just had weight loss surgery and it has been a struggle to get my protein in. I thought these would be perfect to help meet my goals. Just one sip and I spit it out. It’s terrible I couldn’t even hold my nose and drink it. I had big hopes but ughh just no!

nOT FOR ME
I decided to try based on recommendations from others. I need to increase my protein intake & water intake so I gave this a try. I selected the orange - how can you go wrong with orange. i was so wrong. I could not drink this. I added to about a cup of water & could not get it down after the first sip. Hoping I can return the unused portions I have left.I can't complain about the packaging & delivery. They both met my expectations. I just didn't like the flavor.
