Didn’t work
I tried both sizes but my snoring was still the same. There was no difference in my snoring at all. Save your money.

Uncomfortable, Very expensive Trial, No returns
The ZQuiet hurts the area under my tongue. I thought it might work at first but after trying for a couple of weeks I found it really isn't working well and it is still hurting under my tongue area. I tried trimming but that didn't help. I was under the impression that there was a 30 day to trial period for the device but that is not the case. So beware it's a very expensive trial since you can't return it if it doesn't work.

Buy this brand for NO snoring! Wow, it works!
My husband is early 40’s and has snored the past several years. It prevents me from sleeping well! He researched 5 different brands and landed on this one. It IS worth the money! It worked the 1st night! I’m shocked and should have invested in this product sooner!! Felt comfortable in his mouth, fit properly, and gave my husband to get a great nights sleep too!

Not a good buy for me
For the price, I was not at all pleased. There was immediate discomfort with my mouth (although the instructions said there need to be an adjustment period) and the discomfort caused a lack of sleep which defeats the purpose of buying this item. This item didn’t work well for me, and I definitely wasted my money.
