Over the last few years, science has become increasingly aware of the association of mushroom compounds with longevity and health benefits. Capsule formulation makes it very easy to consume mushrooms. These capsules contain a variety of mushrooms and are very reasonably priced at 13 cents a capsule. However, I am leery of over-the-counter supplements from a relatively unknown producer because the industry is unregulated. I did not see any third-party certification with this product.

Been under a lot of stress last 2 years. Result was no energy, dragging myself thru day and lack of mental clarity. So much so I put in for early retirement as an IT professional. I couldn’t think clearly anymore. Just thought it was old age. Been taking for 2 weeks after I quit taking statins for high cholesterol about a month ago. It’s amazing how fast I started feeling and thinking better. If you’re on statins, take a good look at possible side effects. They mimic old age complaints. I’m hoping the mushrooms will manage my cholesterol without additional meds. Highly recommend. Almost feel like cancelling retirement. Instead I’ll just appreciate feeling good in retirement.

This item came quick, like the next day. The packaging was great. The reviews were great. Its a 25 in 1 Complex, Organic, GMP certified and more. Thus, these are very important. I have not started it yet but I will return later to tell about results.

Bought these for my husband and myself we both feel the difference within the 2nd weeks of taking them. I had to get off them d/t having surgery but will get back asap. If you like herbal medicine worth the benefits but please always know and discuss with your health care providers. Mine knew nothing of them or their values .Ever. So know any products you are thinking of trying & check with your doctor.

These capsules are easy to swallow, so you don't really get a taste - which is a plus for me!It's certainly effective - I have been doing these capsules for stress and energy management. They work well!I haven't seen any side effective of these ones so far - but I will update if any!They are a good value for money - 60 days supply
