Great product. It would be improved if an “ice fence” were to be included so as to allow the addition of ice into the reservoir we’re kept away from being placed directly below the circulation pick-up tube. Large ice cubes tend to prevent lid closure if a cube becomes stuck directly below the tube. There is a fair amount of “swooshing” the tube through the ice before being able to lock the lid closed.

It is a great machine

Broke second time I tried to use it, got the replacement worked the for week the. Then when it was needed for knee post ops. About 3 weeks later it did not work and was out of the warranty time from the original purchase. No support to reach. Fantastic for the short time it did work.

Perfect for anyone that's had surgery or even just someone who needs to ice because of swelling. Ice packs can be uncomfortable, this is a great alternative

I bought this product to help with recovery from knee surgery. My knee pain was severe, and it helped so much before and after surgery. Easy to use, and I loved the setting which allows it to stay on continuously, which is so helpful while sleeping. After using it for a month, there was an issue with it and it would not work. I contacted the company, not Amazon, and they sent me another new unit as a replacement within the week. I can not say enough about the wonderful customer service from this product and company! They strive to make sure their customers are happy.
