Exactly what I needed!

I have a big issue with the title of "Cases, Materials, and Problems" unless they mean "Materials" being Statutes. This book is nothing but BADLY edited cases, no explanatory materials, and the entire thing is 3 chapters. It is poorly organized and FAR overpriced. In fact, Hart and Wechsler's "Federal Courts and the Federal System" a book published by the same company, and consisting of 4x the number of pages is much cheaper. If you don't have a good teacher, you will struggle through an Agency & Partnership class relying on this book. Also, I agree with the previous reviewer, the font is FAR too small. Truly, what were you thinking?

Can't they make the font any smaller?Is this how they are saving the trees? Thinner book but smaller font - you need a magnifying glass!
