Firstly, I love the Hairy Bikers. I live close to Si's home town so being a fellow Geordie always brings out local pride. I've a few of their books and love their down to earth approach to food. Their TV programmes were brilliant.Like every other HB fan, I still can't believe Dave has gone. Its a tragedy that such a nice man was taken so soon. I, like others, can only think of his loved ones and hope Si can carry on their legacy.That said, I'm loving this book. From the curries to the cheesecake, from the salads to the puds, I'm enjoying the food very much. Its a good book, I'd recommend.Rest in bliss Dave.

We have a lot of Hairy bikers cook books in our home and I have to say they are used all the time. This is our latest purchase and we have already cooked one of the recipes. In this book the Hairy Bikers have such inspiring, delicious, healthy ( than normal cook books ) dishes from the Mediterranean and beyond. Not compromising on taste but using less of the naughty stuff. I’m excited to try more of the dishes.RIP Dave Myers.

I’m a Hairy Biker Fan and have all their books. As always down to earth easy to to follow tasty recipes.This is the last of the Si and Dave combo so I just had to have it and it has not disappointed me. RIP Dave x

Easy reading, recipes easy to follow. Still miss Dave

As with all the other books in the 'Hairy Bikers' collection, it is good quality, with lovely photos and very nice recipes - most of which are relatively easy to follow, while some may take a bit longer. Also, they are helpfully given calorie-count per portion, with amounts given for 'serves 4', so easy to make half the amount for 2 people.

This is a really nice book, I’d been looking for some healthy recipes to lose some weight and this book doesn’t disappoint, easy and simple to follow with everyday ingredients …perfect!
