We all watched the shorts on YouTube didnt we, were the steamy brush produces a cloud of steam, the cat lays back in ecstasy and the owner gets several brush fulls of loose hair. That was the dream. DOES NOT WORK in the slightest. I got two anemic puffs of steam then WATER LEAKED TROUGH THE CHARGER PORT! Very close to blowing all the electrics in my house. UNSAFE, DOESN'T WORK, CHEAP RUBBISH, only it wasn't that cheap either. Honestly don't waste your time, I wish I hadn't.

This is great value for money , good quality and very easy to use.It fits nicely in your hand making it easy to hold while grooming your pet.I have 6 cats one that is now 13 and nit grooming himself as great as he used to so we bought this and it has his coat looking amazing again. The vapour also helps collect the hair and makes it stay together making it easier to clean aswell.If you have a shedding pet get one you won't be disappointed

This is one of the best pet groomers - both cats and dogs.

It worked well, steam came out gently. Unfortunately not gently or quietly enough for the hearing of my very scaredy cat. Now he runs if he sees it, so it's not for him. I'd imagine it would work well on a less-scaredy cat.

The high pitch noise when you turn on the mist startled both my cats, waste of money IMO. I bought two and both have this fault.
