very nice-looking paddles, just don't think they are better than other paddles apart from the look

just started to unwrap this and the wrapper protecting the paddles ripped off the padding to the hands in multiple spots. haven’t even tried out the paddles yet.

I just started playing pickle ball so I am far from an expert, at the time of writing these were on sale for 29.99 for 2 paddles, 4 balls (2 designed for inside use and 2 for outside use) and a carrying bagFor the price these paddles are great they worked well for all the games I have played so far.I also like the picture design.I did knock off 1 star because the packaging plastic around the handle was sticking to handle and some of the material was damaged peeling the plastic off (see one picture)If you are wanting to get into pickle ball this is a nice set to get you in the game that doesn’t break the bank.

I was impressed by the quality of this set. I am new to pickle ball, and this set had the look and feel of someone who knows what they're doing. (I have no idea what I'm doing, but at least I will look like I do).The strap must be intended to be used as a shoulder strap and not across the body because it's snug on an average size woman.The bag is well thoughtout and holds everything nicely. There is a good-sized strap for carrying. The zippers open wide enough to prevent any struggling when removing or putting away the equipment.I love the grips on these. They aren't spaceage material but boy do they look and feel nice. They remind me of the 80s/90s cool guy car steering wheel, and I am here for that. The texture feels nice and doesn't give the impression that it's going to wear out quickly.I haven't learned what the difference is between the yellow and orange balls, but both bounce off paddles and react well and seem to be well balanced.I am looking forward to getting out and learning some new skills with this set once the weather improves. For now I will play with them in the house and try not to break anything.

When I ordered this set of paddles I was super excited about pricing and advertised composition, thinking they offered a tremendous value for what I was ordering.But since, the description has changed (from carbon fiber to fiberglass). Was it due to an actual change in the manufacturing process, or one being 'more honest' than the other? As they are listed now, I would not recommend, nor purchase them myself, as the competition for the 'entry level' paddles simply outpaces these.There is ALSO a claim in listing that they are USAPA tournament approved, yet the paddles themselves show no such indication, as well as I don't know model numbers, etc to be able to look up and verify this claim.Honestly, as they are, I would bypass them today. For the introductory price they were when I ordered, if maintained, they probably would've earned at least 4 stars.

I got mine through Vine and when it was on sale. Which was great, but the normal price is decent,a little cheaper than the other sets.The size and quantity, seem to be the same as the rest and it is USAPA Approved, which means it is Tournament Approved.This set is a nice quality set and it will make the Perfect Gift for someone just starting to learn the game. This is a set of two paddles, with two indoor balls and two outdoor balls... You even get a Nice case to store and carry your items in. And, for basically $40 this would honestly make a great gift for your friends and/or family. ..do you know someone who plays?Maybe get a set, and ask them to teach you to play? It is also a great workout!!!!A great thing for Pre-Teens (or teens), to get off their gaming systems and get out there moving their bodies, working out.Great for Pre-Teens because, the younger they are when you introduce them to the game, the better of a chance to get them into actually enjoying the game and truly wanting to play it. The younger they are, the more of a chance that they could choose to play it over technology. This would make an Amazing Holiday Gift ...and / or Birthday Gift?!This can be a parent, child bonding experience.An Aunt, Uncle - Neice, Nephew bonding experience.Something to do with your siblings or with your grandparents.This would be great to do with friends, neighbors, co-workers, clients, etc.This game can be fun for everyone, this set is nice and has a wide surface and it holds nicely.. in the palm of your hand.*** I would suggest this set for anyone who needs a set, because it is a basic nice set and it meets Tournament Requirements.

Pickleball at ANY AGE (I am a senior citizen), is a fun and inexpensive way to have some fun! So many municipalities are renovating hardly used tennis courts into Pickleball Courts. Much less running so you can really play at any age. Many of these courts are completely free, all you need is some paddles and balls. And there are many options for you to choose from on Amazon.These particular paddles & balls did the trick for my wife and me. Truly a good choice and value to get anyone started. This also would make a great gift for anyone in your family!
