White Box Box File Cloud [Pack of 10]

I ordered a carton of these to streamline my filing systems (I get fed up with punching holes to insert paper in binders) and also to archive magazines for storage. For the latter they will hold more than a year of your average thickness magazine and are about a quarter of the price of the binders that the magazines try to sell you. OK, they may look functional, but they are more than capable of the job.To dispel a couple of notions where answers given here to questions may be found a little misleading. These are foolscap size box files - that is to say they are bigger than A4 with a maximum internal dimension of 36cm high and 23.5cm wide. They have a plastic side catch to keep them shut and a spring loaded clip at the bottom to hold papers in. They are finished in black with a white spine label and a black pull ring to enable easy removal from a shelf. Quality is good - the case is 5mm thick - they will last. At the price they are an excellent buy in my opinion.

Reasonable quality box files that can easily accommodate A4 paper and A4 letters in their envelopes unfolded. The plastic clip to hold the documents flat inside is nicely sprung - not too hard or too soft. The front closes with a click that is positive but is easily opened. These seem good value for money for archive storage and seem perfectly adequate for the purpose. In short - just what I wanted at a reasonable price.

These are great value for money. I've used them for about 6 months now and they are very sturdy and keep my things safe and organised. My only little complaint would be that the opening and closing mechanism can't be very slightly difficult bit for the price I paid I can handle this. It still opens and closes fine and luckily I don't open the folders on a daily basis so isn't bothersome to me. Great product and also great value - I would actually buy these again if needed regardless of the slight clasp difficulty so shows its not that bad!!

Item: These box files seem sturdier than many "branded" ones and both the locking mechanism and spring-loaded document holder seem like they will last. Plus these have the added advantage of no "branding" and simple, ruled, white labels on the spine.Seller: First delivery of 10 boxes included one with a missing box lid (not the fault of the seller). Brilliant value for money but what I liked most was the speed of their service items delivered to me before the date supposed to arrive if more companies acted like this would be a much better place definitely a company I would use again

You can buy a cheap one in the town for £4 or buy 10 decent ones on here for £20 (£2 per box file.) So it is a no brainer for me. I only intially have needed 5 but I am sure I will find a use for the others. Quality is decent to good.

9 out of 10 folders great! Unfortunately one looked like it was already broken before even being packed and shipped out…

Haven’t had the chance to use them yet, but taking them out of the box seem good solid, well made products
