If I could award this book 10 stars I would, without any hesitation. Jo Dunbar writes so beautifully, so compassionate and her words and recipes are deliciously nourishing. This, her latest book is full of wisdom - Jo really knows what M.E/CFS (even long covid) sufferers really need to get their lives back on track. She explains every aspect of our healing journey in such an easy to understand way, which for those of you with brain fog will come as a huge relief. Natures Remedies for Stress and Fatigue will become my bible. Having read the book through, I’m ready to start at the beginning again and properly absorb all the healing and nourishing advice Jo offers. Thank you Jo, I’m feeling hugely uplifted
