If you use discord, do NOT buy this pc
I found out the hard way this computer is not able to run discord, it will inevitably crash and blue screen. Corrupted files and inability to even system restore. It's a paperweight at this point. I would not advise ANY gamer to buy this is you use discord, as it will literally die, get corrupted boot files and become useless. 0/10, hard lesson learned, I will do more research before I buy another pc

Fast boot
A fast SSD boot and 32Gb RAM make this a great gaming machine for many games.

Its fine
It performs well out of box. Its a decent plug and play pc. Its internals are a little sketch. I dont know if the ssd's are the same but the one that came installed was slower than a geriatric slug. I contacted support asking what ssd is in it and they said they dont know which is always a good sign. But it comes with plenty of space to add more ssd so it was fine for me. It also didnt seem to come with a preinstalled wifi adapter which was weird but 20 bucks and you can get a new one off amazon. I used the keyboard and mouse, both are good, didnt bother with the headphones and speaker, both sound like a soda can. Overall, good starter pc a 3060ti is a good gpu and wont need to be replaced for a while unless you really want to.

Broken
Since day 1 microphone doesn't work, used multi different microphones , plugged directly into pc and via bluetooth. Contacted microsoft support they said it was hardware issue. Was never able to contact support from seller. SSD also hits 100% usage frequently for no real reason and freezes pc. Again contacted microsoft support after days of troubleshooting was told again it was a hardware issue. Do not recommend buying from this seller.

UPDATE: Finally got Support!
UPDATE: 24 January 2024: I know they were probably flooded with support requests, Ended up getting through and apparently they had a batch of bad WINDOWS loaded, Went through the steps to reinstall windows from a USB drive and it has been working ever since. My son loves it now!!!Purchased just before Christmas, it worked great for about a week, now it gets constant blue screens with the error code: Critical Process has stopped...Did a hard reset and it will start for about 10 minutes and crash again, I tried a system restore point, it failed. I tried to reset windows and keep files...it FAILED! Contacted their support by both email and the 855 number, no response!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am not sure I can return it as I do not have the box.

Update:They finally reply. This company is a joke. They want me to return the pc to them. Shipping is on me. Imagine a shipping cost on a gaming heavy pc. Ridiculous. System is still under warranty. They should send me a pre- paid label.Bought early December, as of today 4/24 the pc does not run anymore. piece of trash. get yourself something better. Seller does not reply to call, email, or message left on voicemail.

Works as described
Follow the instructions to find all the shipping padding. Trying to get it out was fun. Good for shipping not so fun to remove. The system started up with a few errors. The battery on the mother board was dead. Must have been sitting in storage for a while before I powered it back up. As always with windows there were a lot of updates that needed to be done. Along with some driver updates for the motherboard. Took me about 4 hrs to get the system completely updated.I am using the system for picture editing and video editing. Works great for me. The one game I have played on the system worked well. Not the most video intensive game out there but had no problem running the graphics at full tilt.

Lasted 3 months and no answer from Customer support.
I got my computer first of December. It did ok for 2 1/2 months. 2 weeks ago it started to slow down. I got up on morning and it had a Bios screen and would not move. I reached out to the company but no answer. I tried to email and no answer. I finally took it to a computer repair shop. The hard drive and the mother board was going out. The mother board was a small obsoleted tin can type of mother board with no blue tooth our wifi. I end up spending another 520.00 to fix it. I put a new mother board and hard drive in. I am very disappointed and I don't see why Amazon would let people like this sale items that has a track record of failing and no customer support.
