The case does protect the phone, however the product description claim you have full access to all ports. This is not the case. The hole in the case for the headphone jack does not align with the headphone port in the phone. This means I can't listen to music while using the case. The result? I can't use the case. A complete waste of money. As it's not amazon selling, I have no recourse as I threw out the packaging before realising this fundamental flaw.

Rubbish item does not work tried to arrange a return and don't seem to be getting labels that apparently were sent. Touch screen is not picked up threw glass so I have a useless product and 30 plus pound out of pocket. 1 star because I had to pick one.

Heavy strong case would be good if I could get signal when it's on.... Absolutely no signal at all when I put the case on... Wouldn't recommend if you still want to use your phone for its phone functions

Case seems good only problem I have is that I've been using it for about 2-3weeks and two of the screws have fell out and there was no replacement ones

It's rubbish. It will protect the phone from a drop but the moment it gets wet it fills with water and you have to open up the case to dry the phone before it will work properly again.

Not very happy, it fits my boyfriends phone well and does protect it. However he has only been using it for 2 months and already missing several screws, which is not good considering the price

Terrible case, doesn't align correctly with the phones features (camera, notification lights).Avoid this phone case for Sony Experia z5 compact.

The case is doing its job, the phone is protected. On the downside however, it is pretty heavy and after only 2 days in my pocket the paint is starting to flake.
