I am using this product for constructing a workbench, and it has performed as expected

Perfect fit for repair of legs in dresser

This is an exact replacement for the hardware that allows the decorative posts on my bed's footboard to screw in. The screw holes are perfectly sized to screw this down with a drywall-style screw. The thread size fit my 5/16 18 (course thread) bed posts. The item appears to be well made and adequately thick to prevent it from breaking if someone bumps the bed post.

Exactly what is advertised, EXCEPT the threads on the 5/16"-18 nuts are not cut deeply enough to fit a standard 5/16"-18 bolt, and I tried several different kinds. They all jammed in the nuts (I tried several of these too) after about one turn, The nuts all would have had to be rethreaded with a tap to be useful. Very poor quality control. Returned these and ordered a different type T-nut from a different source.

Disliked the fact they are falsely advertised as 5/16”-18tpi, Even the box I received says that. They are actually 8mmX1.25
