Cambridge International AS and A Level Physics Coursebook with CD-ROM (Cambridge International Examinations)

Used it to refresh my physics knowledge and practice it. Found it really helpful, great book. Use the workbook and course book together

Good

The quality of the book is amazing. It has good papers, vibrant design and loads of pictures. However, the level of this book is a bit disappointing. The mathematics is kept to minimum in this book which is ridiculous! Thence, there're many formulas which could be verified or derived by calculus were just simply stated or skipped. There're no tough questions in the exercise(There're lots of questions though). Lots of stuff which should be covered by A Level is not covered. And there're no past papers or other things to help you with the exam.

Book is ok but too many errors in sample questions

Cambridge International AS and A Level Physics Coursebook with CD-ROM...

This is supposed to be a very good book. Unfortunately after using the book for more than a month we have discovered that 33 pages from 22-55 are missing and pages 64 to 80 are repeated.So basically we won’t have access to some topics at all, which is a shame as it is a very expensive book.
