The connecting straps could be a little bit longer for tall guys like me. But the belt works perfectly.

I just got this belt last week and I used it for belt squatting for the first time. It is so much more comfortable than traditional belt squatting belts and made a world of difference for me. It's a great product, hopefully it holds up for the long term.

I love the complete belt that wraps around this, so it doesn't slip off your hips when you are standing around between sets. I cannot understand why so many belts don't have this feature!The two D-rings are just high enough on me that I can lift a wt. stack of 5 plates off a stool and then down to the floor and my thighs will then be almost parallel to the floor at the end of motion. (I use a weight pin that is 9" long from amazon). When I can increase the weight or want to squat a little deeper, I'll try standing on a pair of short 2"x8"s to raise my feet off the floor.

Works well and comfy! Much better than the dip belt I was using.
