After having suffered daily fatigue for so long and iron tablets not working, I bought these in hope they might help me. After a couple of weeks I noticed a huge difference, I wasn't flaking out around 2 o'clock anymore, I had a lot more energy, and the pain in my arms and legs stopped. Bought this to boost Vitamin B12 levels but was shocked to see it only contained 40% of the recommended daily amount.Most supermarket Multi-vitamins contain 100% of the daily amount so felt this product was a bit of a let down. Especially since it was 4 times the price of the supermarket vitamins.Wont be buying again!

I’ve been taking these for a month now and I really haven’t noticed any difference. I let them dissolve under my tongue because I read that’s how you obtain maximum absorption and they dissolve quickly, but so far no improvement to my mental energy.

I purchased this Vitamin B12 to replace my other one because this one was cheaper. When you look at the ingredients it contains bulking agent. Also, I have not found it as good as my previous one which does not have any bulking agent so I am going back to the more expensive product.
